Recently I was asked if style could help people to work through the blues.
OF COURSE IT CAN, I said back. We all have a piece of clothing that feels more like a hug when we put it on. That piece of clothing connects us to a memory, or to who we are on a deep soul level or maybe even just the texture of it feels so good. I have a closet full of gray sweatshirts who I am deeply connected to - they are like old, warm friends telling me that everything’s going to be okay.
