I have been using the Period products called PEE. They have not been available for a while. I wrote to the company and this model was suggested, as well as some others. Some of them only come up to size two. I have been working on my weight for quite some time and have lost 80 pounds, but still need a larger size. This style and size have worked out well. They keep my clothing and bedding dry. Awesome!
No other company makes underwear that fits me correctly and absorbs like Period products.
Thank you Period Company

The image makes these shorts look like they’ll go a decent way down your thighs, but in reality, they’re exactly the right length to be too short to be comfortable and useful, but too long to just slide up into your crotch. I tried these one night, tossed and turned for an hour, then threw them off in a fit of rage. Gotta do better for the big girls!

The sleeper holds more blood than others that say they're for heavy days (apparently not mine, but mine are extra heavy). I'm still getting used to them and knowing when to change but the sleeper holds quite a bit and is very comfortable
