1 pair absorbs 9 tampons of flow

Make any kind of underwear Period.™ underwear.

The most affordable, absorbent, toxin free, comfortable reusable pads.

I’m a no brainer. I’m exactly like disposable pads, except you can keep reusing me and I am toxin free. Nasty plastic gone. Nasty bleach gone. I’m toxin-free organic cotton and super soft. Use me in your regular underwear, use me as extra back up in Period underwear, then throw me in the wash and I’m good to go again. I’m great for heavy and light days.

Quick fact: did you know the plastic tape bit on disposable pads is one of the most polluting plastics in the world? It has a super high carbon footprint as well.

Each pad measures 10.25" long and 3.25" wide at the narrowest part.

How long will one pad last?

Everybody periods differently so it’s tough to be exact. Our average time is about 8 hours on a heavier flow day. Though some customers need to change after 3 to 4 hours, and others can go up to 14 hours (lucky them!). As your period gets lighter, one pair can take you through the day and night (just like regular underwear). But again, everybody Periods differently, so you need to take one cycle to figure out exactly how often you need to change. Start with a conservative estimate on your heavy days, and check in on your Period underwear after 4 hours. If you still feel good, give it another hour. Keep going until you figure out your limit. Here at Period, we find we need between 3 to 4 pairs on the first two heavy days, including evenings. And if you leak, please forgive us! Just this once. (Remember how many tampons you have forgiven). Treat the ‘leak’ as a gift and note the hour of your leakage. That is the best indicator of your ‘flow threshold’ how long the underwear will last for you.

Personal message from the entire ecosystem: thank you for using non-disposable products, it’s this kind of thinking that’s going to help save The Planet. Thank goodness, you came along.

    Ordering More!

Ordering more but there’s room for improvement. My ONLY complaint is how they don’t really stay in place when using the bathroom. They have a tendency to loop around (collection side facing down) and I have to put them back in place. Wish there was some kind of material (rubber-ish?) that would cause them to cling to whatever fabric my regular undies are made of so they’d stay in place better.

They're good, could be a tad better

I like these, they're a good regular size for pads but as someone who even while being on the smaller side (size s underwear, wore only overnight pads before getting these) prefers more coverage up the back I wish there was another option for a longer/larger size. I bought these so they got here about a week before my last period. They last me 3-4 hours a pad and they're decently comfy. I haven't really had any shifting problems with the snap. My mom wanted some too so after that I bought another set for me and one for my mom as well (it's great because I've been using our shared health insurance card through the Flex option). I like these they're great, however I would love if there was a larger/longer option for those who wish for a bit more coverage (I would buy that version in a heartbeat). Like this size as well as a larger option would be nice for more range.

    Love Them!

I decided to try these this cycle, as I got them after my last cycle. Yesterday was Day 1 (heavy), and only 1 pad lasted for 12+ hours between me waking up and putting it on around 11:30am to me going to and from work and returning home by 12:15 am (and this is my 1st time using them!) The only downside is they're kind of bulky depending on the underwear cut you wear, but they really get the job done, and that’s all that matters to me!)Also, took less than 5 minutes to hand wash, before hanging them to dry! I really love these 🫶🏽

Its a little bulky but once I adjusted it correctly I had no problems with it moving around and it holds a lot of liquid!

The “wings” are really too small and off center so one length side is quite longer than the other.

The snaps are very difficult to clasp together. One of my five, I could not snap together at all, and this was after using quite a bit of force.
