Hi. I’m the perfect pair of high-waisted for when your flow begins to lessen, or for birth control periods. What’s a birth control period!? Well, when you just don’t know what’s coming. I’ve got light padding so I’m great for bulky-phobes but you’ll be shocked at how absorbent I am. Not toxic shocked though! Phew. Let’s leave that to the tampons. I’m also great for periods that can’t quite end and for panty-liner lovers. I’m made from super soft brushed microfiber with an organic cotton gusset. I also bring a light mood with me. You’re welcome.

How to take care of your Period.

Rinse for a few seconds.

Either hand wash and hang dry, or add to the laundry pile.

Regular wash, no bleach.

Tumble dry low or hang dry.

Do not dry clean.

Each pair of Medium Flow Period. underwear can hold up to 4 tampons worth of blood.

How long will one pair of Period. last?

Everybody periods differently so it’s tough to be exact. Our average time is about 8 hours on a heavier flow day. Though some customers need to change after 3 to 4 hours, and others can go up to 14 hours (lucky them!). As your period gets lighter, one pair can take you through the day and night (just like regular underwear). But again, everybody Periods differently, so you need to take one cycle to figure out exactly how often you need to change. Start with a conservative estimate on your heavy days, and check in on your Period underwear after 4 hours. If you still feel good, give it another hour. Keep going until you figure out your limit. Here at Period, we find we need between 3 to 4 pairs on the first two heavy days, including evenings. And if you leak, please forgive us! Just this once. (Remember how many tampons you have forgiven). Treat the ‘leak’ as a gift and note the hour of your leakage. That is the best indicator of your ‘flow threshold’ how long the underwear will last for you.

    So glad I made the switch!

    Love love LOVE this underwear. It has made my cycle so much more enjoyable. I dreaded using the all natural tampons and pads. With these, I just put them on and go about my day. They are super comfy! 10/10 recommend.

    I prefer cotton

    These certainly fit and feel great but I prefer my cotton ones. The cotton ones breathe more and never have a bad smell.

    Extremely disappointed…

    These have so much potential to work amazing but sadly they do not work as advertised… I really wish they would of done better with the actually “pad” part cause I am not a heavy bleeder and still bled right through with in 2 hours… the fit was amazing and felt like I was wearing regular underwear not period underwear but the part that is most important is highly defective😔😔

    So Comfy!

    I switched brands of period underwear after my old ones were at the end of their life and I love this style and this brand wayyyyy more! This style is so comfortable that I forget that I'm even on my period. I usually wear this style in the middle of my period when my flow is lighter and they work perfectly for that.

    I sized up (compared to my normal underwear size) based on the measurements and since I'm usually more bloated on my period I didn't want them to be too tight. They fit perfectly and I'm glad I went a size up!
