I have been wanting these for so long but every time they were on sale, they sold out so quickly. I finally snagged them recently and have worn them through several cycles. I will say they are nice to sleep in and I don't have to worry about leaks. They are very thick, much thicker than their other "heavy" pairs. Because of this, they do take a while to dry (I usually have to run the dryer twice). My biggest gripe, however, is that they fall down as you walk. The waist isn't nearly elastic enough to hold up the weight of the fabric, especially once it's absorbing. They're fine for sleeping, but once I'm up walking, they work their way down quickly. I can't wear them on their own as I was hoping to. My waist is about 35" and my hips are 46" so it's not like I have a tiny waist - these just simply don't have the stretch to maintain their shape. I wish they had a bit more compression, or maybe if I were to try them again, I might size down to a medium.

I never use tampons at bedtime but I found I slept poorly with pads because every little flow had me panicked that I was leaking. I have a heavy flow and these have NEVER failed me. I can finally sleep without worrying that I'm gonna leak through to my bed! I went a size up to have more comfort for when I sleep and I'm glad I did.

Great coverage for overnight but the waistband is super high. I’m 5’3” and the waistband goes up to my ribs. I usually fold the top over so it doesn’t feel so constrictive.

About Me: PCOS Girlie that wears a 2x/3x with a 22/24 dress size.
My flow is on steroids due to my condition so I'm shocked at how well these worked out for me. I would have to change pads and tampons (I had to use both) HOURLY. And that's not an exaggeration. I bought these to eliminate waste and to save money.
What I Love: Comfortable!! If you like a snug fit, then a 3x should be fine. The snugness makes my cramps worse, so I ordered two more in a 4x, although I believe that it's supposed to be snug so make a note of that when ordering. Long lasting!! This got me through an 8-hour shift on my second day when the flow is through the roof.
Things to note: The gusset (padding) isn't as long or as I'd like on The Sleeper, so I usually sleep in the 'extra coverage' underwear and wear the sleeper during the day. If you're a front bleeder, I'd consider the high waist extra coverage underwear but be warned, because of the thick padding, most of these run smaller. I usually am okay with a 2x when shopping, so I sized up to a 3x and I'm so glad I did. Again, if you like comfort or are in between sizes like I usually am, OR if your weight fluctuates due to PCOS, size up... twice in my case.
I did notice that after a long shift, there was a bit of a smell when I went to take these off, but it wasn't overwhelming. Just... let the bathroom air out before someone goes in behind you lol. The smell was only noticeable when I pulled them off so it's not like I was walking around…
