Very comfortable, full coverage, and does a great job at keeping me dry and above expected absorption. Easy to move around, doesn't pinch or restrict, and the limited seams makes it very sensory friendly.

This was my first time using period underwear and I am impressed! The absorption was great, I always felt dry. Didn't rate 5 stars only because the fit in my hips is a little off. The absorbent part is a bit bulky but that was expected, can't have it both ways! (By bulky I only mean I probably wouldn't wear them under tight leggings)

I am a woman in my 50's, so though I am in menopause, I use these for occasional incontinence and urinary tract health. I used to wear Knix, but Period. panties are healthier (no PFA's), cost 1/2 as much, and do a great job absorbing whatever my body puts out!
My Knix were pretty and comfortable, but honestly, they fell apart within a year of daily use. My Period. panties are a sturdier construction, and though I've only been using them 2 months, I expect them to last much longer. Because they are thicker as well, the fit is a little different, but I actually feel more secure than I did in Knix. I bought an XL (my normal size, and the size I wore with Knix) and a 2XL, just to see which fit was better. I ended up preferring the XL, even though at first they seemed a little tighter than I was used to wearing. But as you wear and wash them a time or two, the material relaxes and I'm perfectly comfortable in the XL's now!
Period. wins for:
1) cost
2) health
3) durability/construction/security
