I love these!! I have 3 pairs in this style and they are so comfy and can hold a lot of blood. Maybe because I have a heavy flow and have to rewash them they have started to fall apart. The seams are completely unraveling. Such a shame cause I do really love to wear these on my period and I even wore them postpartum. I wash them in gentle cycle and air dry, so I’m not sure that it was my care of them than contributed to their falling part. Makes me think they just aren’t as high quality as other brands. I have some Aerie brand period underwear that aren’t as comfortable but have held up way better and aren’t falling apart at all.

I wore these for the first time today. They fit well and are comfortable. However, the threading is unraveling. My hands get caught in the threads every time I pull the panties up after going to the bathroom. The attached picture is only a portion of the thread that is coming undone.

Not only are the products good for our bodies and actually absorbent, but they're a fair price! So cheap it makes you wonder what the catch is. The catch is- you get addicted to them!! I literally only use these and the sleepers when I'm in my period (7 days long, 3-4 heavy and a few moderate or light). As someone that hated the chemicals of tampons and pads, but never found a pair of period underwear that actually held and didn't leak after an hour (that also didn't cost $60-80) these are a prayer answered! Customer service is unmatched, and they're so comfortable!

Primary Period Protection, Overnight Protection , Light Bladder Leaks, Everyday wear , During ExerciseRated 4 out of 5 stars2 days agoBest not to put in the dryer! Size down!
Pros: fit (proper high waisted and full coverage), function (properly leak proof!), comfort.
Cons: Must size down (will shrink after first wash/dry), lacks durability (ditch the dryer).
I bought 10 pairs. I wear one during the day and another fresh pair overnight. My hormonal IUD left me with super irregular and unexpected periods/spotting and I also deal with pelvic floor dysfunction, so I've been wearing pads 24/7 for AGES until I found this affordable washable period underwear that can also be used for urinary leaks. I know they this brand now makes some underwear styles only for urinary leaks, but those are almost always sold out. This style of period underwear works perfectly for me. I have yet to have any blood/pee leak through the underwear, which is such a relief. I stay feeling relatively dry too, slightly less than when I wear a pad.
I read a review that said this style will shrink in the dryer after first wash/dry and they were so right. But I up-sized accordingly and so 3xl is perfect for me. If you're between sizes, these are super stretchy so don't worry too much either way. I'm 5'3" and 250lbs right now, but 3xl also fit when I was 275lbs.
I wash them in the washer (I don't use garment bags but probably should) and after regularly using the dryer on low heat, I think I'll switch to hang drying them. Some of the elastic in the stitching around the absorbent layers area is starting to shed after almost two months (at least 8 wash/dry cycles). Nothing that…

These work well but they're not comfortable. They're always rolling down and then when I pull them up it makes them ride up your butt. Not very good coverage for the butt.
