Hi. I’m the Swim. Teen Bikini, and I’m here to make swimming on your period a non-issue. I look and feel like a normal, great bikini bottom: soft, comfortable, and made to move. The difference? I quietly absorb period blood while swimming, so you can stay in the water without worrying about leaks, tampons, or timing bathroom breaks.

How do I work? You slip me on just like regular swim bottoms and head to the pool, beach, or lake. While you swims, I’m doing the behind-the-scenes work — absorbing period blood on the inside while keeping outside water out. That means no baggy feeling, no visible strings, and no constant checking.

For many teens, summer swimming can be stressful during their period. It often means leaving the pool early, skipping activities, or worrying the whole time about leaks or embarrassment. I’m designed to take that stress away, so you can swim confidently, stay present, and enjoy the moment like everyone else.

The only decision left? Which bikini top to wear with me. (Good news: I go with all of them.)

Our Fabrics

Main: 80% Recycled Nylon, 20% Spandex

Absorbent Layer: 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex

Leak Resistant Layer: 100% Polyester PUL

How to take care of your Period.

Rinse immediately after use.

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle.

Wash with like colors.

Do not bleach.

Tumble dry low.

Do not iron.

Do not dry clean.

Each pair of Period. swimwear can hold up to 2 tampons worth of blood.

How long will one pair of Period. swimwear last?

You can swim as long as you want. Period blood really doesn’t come out in the water because of the water pressure. But you do flow on the beach, by the pool, the lake etc… That’s what Period Swim absorbs. One pair can hold up two tampons worth of blood.

Message from an Oak Tree: Hellooo. I’m a 100 year old oak tree. I live near a landfill and 80 years ago, I saw a tampon get thrown away. Guess what? It’s still there! Still decomposing! I can’t believe it. All the pads and tampons that people have thrown away are all there. And it’s so gross! I used to look out at fields and meadows and woodland. And now I just see decomposing bad products that will taken another hundred years to degrade. I have to confess, I started to lose a little faith in humans. Then you came along. Just by wearing one pair of Period just once, you’ve stopped 2 pads or 4 tampons from being in my eye line. Thank you!

These work so well!
I was doubtful about period swim wear, but these really work! No leaks, and they are really discreet. I'm so grateful that my daughter doesn't have to sit it out this summer like I had to!!
