I’d like to preface this by saying that Period is good at making reusable period underwear. I would have bought period pantries from them. However, I would not recommend their reusable pads at all. I have bought reusable pads from multiple companies, and the ones from Period are not as comfortable nor as stable (these ones always move around when I exercise). They are also not as well put-together. The clasp for one of them no longer works, even though I care for them extremely gently; I only hand wash with cold water and air dry my reusable pads.

These are comfortable enough to wear daily due to irregular cycles. The snaps are tricky sometimes, but overall I'm very pleased. My teenage daughter also loves them. I will be ordering more.

These are the first reusable pads I've tried, but I regularly use period underwear. I hate wearing normal pads because they're made of primarily plastic which makes my skin sweaty and produces a lot of waste, so I've wanted to try reusable pads for a while and finally decided to give these a try since I was ordering some Period. underwear too.
The other reviews about the snaps are right, they can be really hard to snap closed, but all the snaps work for the pack of pads I got. I'm able to snap them to my underwear without too much effort, but I really struggle to snap them to hang them up to dry, and I don't know why. Thankfully that's not a deal-breaker for me since they snap when I need them to and unsnap easily.
The stretchy straps that wrap around your underwear are a bit short for wider gussets and may bunch up your underwear a bit. These work great with underwear that have a separate gusset specifically for pads to attach to since the separate gussets tend to be a bit thinner and also helps to keep these pads from sliding too far forward or backward.
While the outer layers of fabric that touch your skin are primarily cotton, the bias tape binding around the outside seems to be made of polyester or a polyester-blend, which irritates my skin when I'm moving around. These still work for lighter flow nights or when I'm just sitting around at home, but I'll need to find a way to cover the edges if I'm going to be walking or exercising when using these.
These do absorb…
